（吉隆坡）14歲的少女洪彩雯失蹤2個月的新聞見報後，洪父便接獲一名女子來電提供女兒的下落，終在雙溪威一排店屋找到女兒，將她接回家。原來洪彩雯是隨一名來自沙巴的巴士司機離家出走，第一天就遭對方性侵，她與這名司機“同居”一個月後，對方再把她“轉手”給另一名40幾歲的同鄉，過後就不再出現，使得洪彩雯與這名陌生男子同居了一個月。相繼被兩名巴士司機性侵，她將近一個月沒來月經，不排除已經懷孕。
洪彩雯的父親洪國成週三（6月9日）在馬華聯邦直轄區公共投訴局主任陳元虎的陪同下召開記者會說，在女兒失蹤的報導刊登後，他隔天中午12時就接獲一名神秘女子的電話，指知道他的女兒在雙溪威一間店屋樓上。
“我馬上驅車趕過去接回女兒，但女兒初時以為是警察上門捉人而將房門鎖上，我向她表明身份，他還是不肯開門，我只好在門外苦等，並勸了她許久，她最終才肯收拾東西跟我回家。”
司機將少女交同鄉後失聯
他披露，女兒是與一名來自沙巴的工廠巴士司機同住，當天他接走女兒時，並方並沒有在家。
“我很感謝來自全國各地的讀者致電慰問我，也很感激提供情報給我的公眾。”
另一方面，陳元虎指出，洪彩雯於4月12日離家當天，先跟隨一名30幾歲來自沙巴的巴士司機同住在斯理聖陶沙的住家長達一個月，並在第一天就遭男子性侵。
他續說，一個月後，男子就把彩雯帶到雙溪威交給另一名同鄉（工廠巴士司機），兩人在雙溪威的店屋樓上住了一個月。
“彩雯說，第一名男子將她交給第二名男子後，就沒有再出現或聯絡她，而她與第二名男子是不認識的。”
他指出，兩名男子相信是熟悉彩雯的家庭背景和狀況，並看準彩雯的性格叛逆及入世未深，誘拐她離家出走。
“我會帶彩雯到武吉阿曼警局報案，然後再到醫院做身體檢查。目前我們掌握兩名男子所住的地方及電話號碼，我們會把資料交給警方調查。”
月事遲1個月疑懷孕
馬華士布爹河邊村支會婦女組主席劉素華在與少女洪彩雯談話之間，知道她被兩名男子性侵後，也發現彩雯的月事已經延遲了將近一個月，不排除彩雯已經懷孕。
等檢查報告出爐她說，她將安排彩雯到醫院做身體檢查，再看下一步如何做。
“貧窮家庭在忙於工作而無暇照顧孩子，加上孩子在叛逆時期很容易誤交損友，所以家長應與孩子多溝通。”
此外，馬華聯邦直轄區公共投訴局副主任容永良說，由於彩雯目前未滿16歲，是未成年少女，因此不管雙方是在你情我願的情況下，兩名沙巴男子都是犯了強姦罪。
“由於現在我們還沒有任何證據顯示彩雯被性侵，所以在檢查報告出爐前，我們還不能做甚麼，不過，若證實她的確遭性侵，警方將採取行動控告兩名男子。”
不堪父母打罵離家
已平安回家的少女洪彩雯說，她是在搭巴士時認識巴士司機，由於不堪父母嘮叨，尤其每次從外頭回家母親就對她又打又罵，因此她才會與剛認識一週的巴士司機離家出走。
“我知道父母到處找我，我也曾想過要打電話給他們，但最後還是打消念頭。”
洪彩雯不願說明為何不打電話回家的理由，她在記者會上並不多話，對於媒體的詢問也只是點頭和搖頭。
被恐嚇沒身分證會被捉
少女洪彩雯說，這兩個月來她沒有遭兩名沙巴男子軟禁，可以自由出入及使用手機，男子也會給她零用錢買食物吃，並沒有讓她挨餓。
“我幾乎都是呆在房間，很少踏出房門，男子說我身上沒有身份證，恐嚇我說如果他不在家時就不要到處亂跑，否則會有警方逮捕我。”
她指出，由於她離家時沒有攜帶衣物，所以第一個沙巴男子就買了些衣服和日用品給她。
“經歷這一次的離家出走後，我答應不會再離家，也不會再和兩名沙巴男子聯絡。”
另一方面，洪彩雯的母親郭佩芳也說，若當初將身份證交給彩雯收藏，事情的發展可能不會比現在來得複雜。“我罵她也是因為她每次都很遲回家，甚至幾天不回家，加上她常常不聽我的勸告，我是希望她好才會罵她。”
父親洪國成則希望女兒的事件能作為社會人士的借鏡。

送弟搭巴士後失蹤
14歲少女洪彩雯因經常逃課，所以已於去年遭學校退學，之後就在小食中心的雜飯攤位打工。4月12日上午11時，她送弟弟搭巴士上學後，便失去音訊，連續兩個月都沒回家，也不與家人聯絡，令人家憂心不已。
據彩雯的母親郭佩芳指出，之前也曾離家出走，但往往一週後就會回家，但這次一走就是兩個月。家人事後從彩雯的記事本中尋獲多名疑是馬來巴士司機的名字及電話號碼，記事本內也記錄彩雯已有交往的男朋友。由於彩雯喜歡搭乘巴士到處閑逛，家人相信她是在那時取得這些電話。
在彩雯失蹤期間，家人曾多次出外派傳單尋找她下落，還多次撥打她的電話，但不成功，家人雖三度報警，但警方卻叫他們耐心等候消息。由於有消息指出，有人曾在斯里聖淘沙看見彩雯打扮得花枝招展，家人非常擔心她被人欺騙，從事不道德行業，在無計可施下，洪氏夫婦唯有向馬華聯邦直轄區公共投訴局主任陳元虎尋求協助。

semakan tawaran ke Tingkatan 6 Bawah
Pelajar lepasan SPM 2009 boleh membuat semakan tawaran ke Tingkatan 6 Bawah bagi tahun 2010 mulai 3 Mei 2010. Tawaran ke Tingkatan Enam ini diberi kepada mereka yang memenuhi Syarat Kelayakan Masuk Ke Tingkatan 6 2010 yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia.
Semakan Tawaran
Semakan ke Tingkatan 6 ini boleh dibuat dengan dua cara iaitu;
- Melalui laman web Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia di Semakan Tawaran Tingkatan 6 2010.
- Secara sms dengan menghantar MOE
T6 KP No. Kad Pengenalan dan hantar kepada 15888.
Pendaftaran
- Pendaftaran pelajar baru Tingkatan Enam Bawah tahun ini adalah pada 10 Mei 2010.
- Mereka yang terpilih perlu mencetak surat tawaran secara online dan membawanya semasa mendaftar nanti.
Rayuan
- Mereka yang tidak mendapat tawaran ke Tingkatan 6 ini boleh membuat rayuan ke Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri berkenaan melalui pengetua sekolah asal murid dengan mengunakan Borang T6BKK mulai 10 Mei 2009.
- Syarat-syarat untuk membuat rayuan boleh dirujuk di Syarat Kelayakan Masuk Ke Tingkatan 6 2010.
- Tarikh tutup membuat rayuan ke Tingkatan 6 adalah 1 Jun 2010.
Pertukaran Jurusan
- Mereka yang ingin menukar jurusan iaitu dari Jurusan Kemanusian kepada Jurusan Sains atau sebaliknya perlu membuat permohonan.
- Permohonan pertukaran jurusan hendaklah dikemukakan melalui Pengetua kepada Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri berkenaan.
- Permohonan pertukaran jurusan perlu dibuat dalam tempoh 24 Mei sehingga 27 Mei 2010.
Pertukaran Sekolah
- Dalam Negeri – mengikut tatacara biasa dan diputuskan oleh Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri berkenaan.
- Antara Negeri – pemohon perlu melapor diri terlebih dahulu di sekolah pusat Tingkatan Enam di mana murid telah ditempatkan, dan membuat permohonan pertukaran antara negeri melalui Pengetua sekolah tersebut seperti biasa
PLKN
- Bagi mereka yang sedang menghadiri kursus PLKN dan telah mendapat tawaran Tingkatan 6 perlu memaklumkan kepada sekolah yang telah ditempatkan untuk pendaftaran lewat selepas tamat kursus PLKN.
Matrikulasi
- Mereka yang telah ditawarkan pengajian ke Kolej Matrikulasi tidak akan ditawarkan untuk memasuki Tingkatan 6. Jika pelajar berkenaan menolak tawaran ke Kolej Matrikulasi dan ingin masuk ke Tingkatan 6, mereka perlulah membuat permohonan.

（吉隆坡17日讯）副首相兼教育部长丹斯里慕尤丁表示，2011年开始将全盘落实体育列入正课政策，以恢复校内体育的辉煌时代。
为了避免对学生及家长造成不便，他指教育部有意把体育课列入正课。
但他表示若校方及家长没有异议，校方也可以在课余时段或周末上体育课。
在新政策落实后，小学体育课每周至少60分钟，中学则90分钟。
推行一学生一体育政策
他说，明年体育分数将占学校课外活动表现10分的5分，而且该部也会推行“一学生一体育政策”。
他解释，“一学生一体育政策”限定每一名学生至少要上一项体育课，学生有权利选择更多体育项目。
在落实“一学生一体育政策”方面，他称90％的学校都没有问题，剩下10％学校则需要再探讨及解决。
他也呼吁州或地方政府拨出土地或以低价改善学校体育基本设备。
他周三上午在国会大厦主持一项体育理事会会议后召开记者会指出，政府也将把现有每一名学生2令吉40仙的体育拨款增至小学生4令吉和中学生6令吉。
体育能没分宗教或你我
慕尤丁以大马羽球一个拿督李宗伟在全英赛夺冠时为例，说明体育能栽培人格。
他说，体育能培养团结和互助精神，当李宗伟胜出的那一刻，全马人都为他高兴，并没有分宗教或你我。
成立委会研究性教育纲要
另外，他表示政府将成立委员会，研究性教育纳入课程纲要的建议。
他提到，有关性教育纳入课程纲要的课题，目前只有专家向媒体发表的谈话。然而，政府将成立委员会专门探讨该项议题，包括邀请海内外专家一起研究。针对原住民今午示威并就土地问题向政府提呈备忘录，慕尤丁表示不知情。
他补充，政府没有边缘化原住民，而且也成立了委员会探讨原住民的福利问题。
无论如何，他指政府的各项政策岂能满足各方，故此欢迎任何人透过提呈备忘录向政府提出意见及看法。

SHANGHAI: Sun Zhongjie could not contain his tears yesterday when he learned an investigation had proved his innocence - two weeks after he chopped off his finger to protest police claims he was the driver of an illegal cab. "I'm happy," sobbed the 19-year-old from Henan province after he received the apology from Shanghai City Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau for Pudong New Area District. In addition, Sun was told he will be compensated for his ordeal. Jiang Liang, the head of Pudong district, said at a press conference that police adopted "improper methods" in evidence collection when they snared Sun on Oct 14.
Jiang said officers had paid a man to act as bait and entrap Sun, something that is illegal in China but a practice critics believe is widespread. Jiang added that the findings of an investigation, which ended on Oct 20, conducted by Shanghai City Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau for Pudong New Area District, reached the wrong conclusion. That probe had claimed Sun was guilty and said the enforcement team had done nothing wrong. Jiang said the government also wanted to apologize to the public for the incident.
"People who are responsible for illegal law enforcement and for the false investigation will be punished according to the law," Jiang said. "The Pudong New Area district government will learn a lesson from the incident and regulate law enforcement against illegal cab operations." Sun, who had arrived in Shanghai two days earlier, was stopped on Oct 14 by a man begging for a lift.
Three minutes later, he was cornered by traffic law enforcement police and accused of operating an unlicensed taxi. Sun vehemently denied taking money from the man and severed his finger as a demonstration of his frustration and innocence. Huang Hong, a senior official with the Pudong district government, confirmed that the man picked up by Sun - Chen Xiongjie - was on the payroll of the traffic law enforcement team and had been used by police as bait.
"Chen provided a false affidavit and denied the fact that he had previously engaged in illegal law enforcement," Huang said. Also yesterday morning, Minhang district government announced it had withdrawn a penalty against Zhang Hui, who was fined 10,000 yuan ($1,470) in September for "operating an unlicensed taxi". Zhang was stopped on Sept 8 by a man claiming to have severe stomach pain. The man said he could not find a taxi and needed to get to hospital.
Five minutes later, Zhang's car was stopped by law enforcement staff and he was accused of operating a "black taxi". Hao Jinsong, a lawyer representing both Sun Zhongjie and Zhang Hui, urged the government to investigate illegal law enforcement practices used to crack down on unlicensed taxi operators. "Since the two incidents in Shanghai were reported, I have been receiving letters and calls from across the country from people telling me they were also trapped," he said. "It is estimated that several thousand drivers in Shanghai are trapped every year during police crackdowns against 'black taxis'." The lawyer called on all 18 districts in Shanghai to investigate illegal law enforcement.
Jiang Liang admitted yesterday that Sun's case was not the only instance of illegal traffic law enforcement uncovered to date. Shanghai municipal government announced yesterday it had set up a new team to regulate public transportation and raid illegal traffic law enforcement operations. It will be led by a vice-mayor.

10月14日，两天前刚来上海的孙中界被一个人截住，该人恳求孙载他一程。而三分钟后，孙被交通执法警察围住，并被指控涉嫌无照出租车营运。
孙坚决否认收取了所载乘客的钱款，并切掉手指以表明自己的愤怒和清白。
浦东新区政府的一位高级官员，黄宏证实孙所载的名为陈雄杰的乘客是受交通执法局雇佣并充当警方的诱饵。
他说，“陈提供了虚假证词并否认此前参与过非法执法”
同样是在昨天早上，闵行区政府宣布取消对张慧，另一位在九月份因涉嫌“无照出租营运”的司机而被罚款10000元的处罚。
9月8日，张被一个称自己胃部剧烈疼痛的男子截住，该人称打不到出租车并且急需赶到医院。5分钟后，张的车被交通执法人员截住并被指控涉嫌“开黑车”
孙中界和张慧的代理律师郝劲松敦促政府针对打击无照出租车营运的不正当执法做法展开调查。
“自从这两个事件在上海被报道后，我收到了来自全国各地的人发来的信件或打来电话，这些人都称自己也被陷害过”，郝律师说，“据估计，仅上海一地，每年在警方打击‘黑出租’的行动中遭到陷害的司机就有数千人”
郝律师呼吁上海18个区都要对不正当执法进行调查。
姜墚昨天也承认，孙中界一案并不是迄今为止被曝光的非法交通执法的唯一一例。
上海市政府昨天表示已经成立了一个由一位副市长领导的新的小组来规范公共交通和打击非法交通执法。

"People who are responsible for illegal law enforcement and for the false investigation will be punished according to the law," Jiang said. "The Pudong New Area district government will learn a lesson from the incident and regulate law enforcement against illegal cab operations." Sun, who had arrived in Shanghai two days earlier, was stopped on Oct 14 by a man begging for a lift.
Three minutes later, he was cornered by traffic law enforcement police and accused of operating an unlicensed taxi. Sun vehemently denied taking money from the man and severed his finger as a demonstration of his frustration and innocence. Huang Hong, a senior official with the Pudong district government, confirmed that the man picked up by Sun - Chen Xiongjie - was on the payroll of the traffic law enforcement team and had been used by police as bait.
"Chen provided a false affidavit and denied the fact that he had previously engaged in illegal law enforcement," Huang said. Also yesterday morning, Minhang district government announced it had withdrawn a penalty against Zhang Hui, who was fined 10,000 yuan ($1,470) in September for "operating an unlicensed taxi". Zhang was stopped on Sept 8 by a man claiming to have severe stomach pain. The man said he could not find a taxi and needed to get to hospital.
Five minutes later, Zhang's car was stopped by law enforcement staff and he was accused of operating a "black taxi". Jiang Liang admitted yesterday that Sun's case was not the only instance of illegal traffic law enforcement uncovered to date. 浦东新区区长姜墚在一个新闻发布会上说，警方在10月14日的执法中使用了“不正当方法”进行取证。
他说，交警收买了一个人做为诱饵从而陷害孙，这在我国是非法的。而批评人士认为，这种做法在我国非常普遍。
姜还说，浦东新区城市管理执法局在10月20日得出的调查结论是错误的。这份调查结果声称孙涉嫌非法营运，执法局的做法没有不妥。
政府为该事件向公众道歉，姜区长说。
“涉嫌不正当执法以及虚假调查的负责人将被依法处理”， 姜区长说，“浦东新区会从该事件中吸取教训并整治非法出租营运的执法工作”
10月14日，两天前刚来上海的孙中界被一个人截住，该人恳求孙载他一程。而三分钟后，孙被交通执法警察围住，并被指控涉嫌无照出租车营运。
孙坚决否认收取了所载乘客的钱款，并切掉手指以表明自己的愤怒和清白。
浦东新区政府的一位高级官员，黄宏证实孙所载的名为陈雄杰的乘客是受交通执法局雇佣并充当警方的诱饵。
他说，“陈提供了虚假证词并否认此前参与过非法执法”
同样是在昨天早上，闵行区政府宣布取消对张慧，另一位在九月份因涉嫌“无照出租营运”的司机而被罚款10000元的处罚。
9月8日，张被一个称自己胃部剧烈疼痛的男子截住，该人称打不到出租车并且急需赶到医院。5分钟后，张的车被交通执法人员截住并被指控涉嫌“开黑车”
孙中界和张慧的代理律师郝劲松敦促政府针对打击无照出租车营运的不正当执法做法展开调查。
“自从这两个事件在上海被报道后，我收到了来自全国各地的人发来的信件或打来电话，这些人都称自己也被陷害过”，郝律师说，“据估计，仅上海一地，每年在警方打击‘黑出租’的行动中遭到陷害的司机就有数千人”
郝律师呼吁上海18个区都要对不正当执法进行调查。
姜墚昨天也承认，孙中界一案并不是迄今为止被曝光的非法交通执法的唯一一例。
上海市政府昨天表示已经成立了一个由一位副市长领导的新的小组来规范公共交通和打击非法交通执法。
